Please fill out the form and pay registration fee to reserve your spot! (Contact Kim Sheppard for info on possible sponsorship tuition waivers!) You may pay by PO, PayPal, or send a check made out to  Shoals Area Chamber Foundation for $400 per teacher and mail to Shoals Area Chamber of Commerce 20 Hightower Place   Florence, AL 35630. We need to receive payments no later than May 31st.
